Built this as my first attempt at Erlang — running on embedded Yaws with Mnesia for storage, Vue SPA on the frontend.

If I share a link and the other person doesn't open in the time, does it just expire or disappear?

Yes, if it is not opened, it will display generic message that the message is not found.
